Quinn Welter is a senior at Technology High School and Co-Editor-In-Chief for The Titan Times. They spent all of their school career in Santa Rosa until transferring to Technology High School in Rohnert Park. In their junior year, they joined journalism as a Staff Writer and eventually became the Production Manager, and then Co-Editor-In-Chief, for the paper. 

   In regards to school, Quinn has a heavy interest in geography, sociology, and psychology, and would be interested in majoring in any one of these subjects, but is undecided. They plan on attending either a California State University (CSU) or the Santa Rosa Junior College (SRJC) next year.

   They are very social and spend a lot of time going out with their friends. When they go out, they like to play pool, go rock climbing, and even make music. When at home, they spend time playing video games and editing videos.
