In the animated TV show “Invincible,” after the waking destruction of the Invincible War, orchestrated by Angstrom Levy, and the arrival of the mad warrior Conquest, heroes and citizens alike do what they can to rebuild their cities from around the world. The biggest question on fans’ minds is: what happens next?
Prime Video released the season four trailers, revealing new details for the show, such as possible plot points, better animation, and the designs for the newly anticipated characters like Thragg, Dinosaurs, and Universa.
These same trailers sparked a major resurgence in the “Invincible” fan base, reviving the charming memes and edits from the past and putting them in with the new. There is some concern on whether or not this season can live up to the spectacle that was season three.
There are plenty of examples of great shows that take a left turn to the dump like “One Punch Man,” “The Flash,” “Game of Thrones,” and, for many people, “Stranger Things.” When the last season of “Invincible” aired, the excitement was so vast that students would sneak in the newest episodes at school. It’s going to be hard to live up to the hype that fans have laid out for it.

Fans who have read the comic books know there is little cause for concern because they have a pretty good idea of what to expect. Without getting into major spoilers from the comics, this season will deal with grey moral shifts, intense rematches, and continue the epic journeys in space with Omni-Man and Alen, the Alien.
Not to mention, many fan favorite side characters are making a return and getting more spotlight, like Tech Jacket, Battle Beast, and Alen, along with many of the original Guardians of the Globe, which is their universe’s Avengers.

Diving deeper into the details of the people working on the show, fans found out that Lee Pace who in the “Hobbit,” “Guardians of The Galaxy,” and “The Running Man” movies would voice the Grande Regent Thragg, the Thanos of “Invincible.” This was an unexpected choice but was accepted nonetheless.
Fans learned their lesson last time not to be immediately outraged at a new cast member playing an important role. Many wished for Josh Brolin to have played Conquest due to edits of him on the character in comic panels, but when they found out it was Jeffrey Dean Morgan, the pitchforks came out fast.
It wasn’t until the episode drop with Morgan as Conquest that fans realised the creative team knew what they were doing. Now, fans can’t wait to see what’s in store for them this coming season and for the seasons to come.
